How to Install SelfSPY on Android Devices

1 – To activate Unknown Sources

Unknown Sources Setting by Android Version

Upto Android Version 4.4

1 - Go to Settings> Security.
2 - Close the Verify applications option.

Upto Android Version 5.1 and 7.1

1 - Go to Settings
2 - Lock Screen and Security
3 - Unknown Resources must be enabled.

Upto Android Version 8.0
  1. 1 - Go to Settings
  2.  2 - Apps
  3. 3 -  Special app access
  4. 4 - Install unknown apps
  5. 5 - Chrome. Turn on Allow from this source.
  6.  Install unknown apps


2 – Download and Install

Disable Google Play Protect

Google has added a security system for apps that are not downloaded from the Google Play called “Play Protect”. It is possible that the SelfSPY  application is detected as potentially dangerous.

To prevent the app from being uninstalled, you must disable Google Play Protect.

Open “Play Store” application => tap on Menu button => select “Play Protect” option => Disable the options “Scan device for security threats“.

Finally email verification

  • You should get verification email in email inbox.
  • please also check the spam section
